Having strong communication skills is imperative to effective leadership. The leader has to ensure that he or she spreads useful knowledge to inspire and channel that energy to others. If a leader fails to act on his words and inspire others, his leadership will be questioned and doubted, and many would disbelieve his ideas and messages.
